Assistant Behavior Analyst

Seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in Clare, MI!!!

Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst for Direct-Hire in Clare, MI!!!

Salary starting at $62,000 per year. Must have Current certifications as a BCaBA through the BACB.  

Job Duties include the following:
-Selecting, training and monitoring Behavior Technicians.
-Monitor implementation of approved programs, data collecting and interaction with children and families.
-Conduct weekly meetings and support employees with additional training, verifying that training requirements are met in accordance with agency policy, Michigan Mental Health Code and  CARF standards.
-Confirm that patient’s rights and confidentiality are protected.
-Properly scheduling and assume responsibility of the health and safety of staff, patients, family and self by assuring the adherence of safety policies. 
-Evaluate and assess treatment plans and their progress, insuring that they are measurable, treatable and realistic goals.
-Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be professional and give opportunities for feedback from team. 
-Conduct performance reviews and be able to provide disciplinary action when needed.
- Assist in budgets, review probability and offer solutions to help correct problems.  
-Conduct daily review process on all incidents and properly offer resolution.
-Use proper computer programs, including Microsoft Word Suite to support proper billing, payroll, communication and all other processes.
-Support the mission of the organization, while being organized and able to multi-task..

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.  
-Must have Current certifications as a BCaBA through the BACB.  
-Must have current license with the State of Michigan to be eligible to apply.
